2013-2014 Sports and Education at Benitachell
The Departments of Education and Sports of Benitachell and have open the enrollment period for the 2013-2014 academic year for adult training courses, sports academies and adult sports lessons. Enrollment can be made at the Municipal Library until 30 September.
The Center for Adult Education has kept the innovations that were launched last year and opened once again the literacy course for immigrants and preparation university admission for students over 25 years old. (more…)

The coastline of the municipality of Benitachell and Moraig Cave will be prominent themes of the Spanish Speleology and Karst Science Society organizes (SEDECK) Conference
Moraig Cave and its surroundings is one of the central themes of the scientific conference to be held next weekend. The event –featured in the framework of a program entitled “Landscape and coastal caves of Marina Alta. Benitachell Swimming Pool
The Sports Council of the City of Poble Nou de Benitachell reported that the municipal public pool will be closed from Monday 2nd to Sunday 15th September.
The maintenance of pumps and water depuration system will be performed by the staff of municipal services. There works will comprise of emptying the pool, cleaning and subsequent repair if needed. (more…)

The School of Music and Dance in El Poble Nou de Benitachell has made public the enrollment period dates for the 2013-2014 term beginning on 1 October.
For this academic term 2013-2014, the School of Music and Dance offers the following courses: flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium, tuba, flute, piano, guitar, percussion, musical language (elementary level), ensemble, choral, ballet, traditional dance, modern dance and flamenco. Also, children from 3 to 6 years old can enroll in introduction courses to learn the first steps for playing musical instruments. (more…)
