Benitachell Swimming Pool
The Sports Council of the City of Poble Nou de Benitachell reported that the municipal public pool will be closed from Monday 2nd to Sunday 15th September.
The maintenance of pumps and water depuration system will be performed by the staff of municipal services. There works will comprise of emptying the pool, cleaning and subsequent repair if needed.
As the spokesperson of the Sports Council explained, these maintenance jobs have to be done periodically and the last time it took place back in 2007.
Councillor for Sports, Antonio Colomer, explained that “we have sought the less expensive formula for the City to perform the work: we will use staff labor of municipal services in order to incur in the least possible expense.”
The pool -located at La Font sports area- will reopen next 16 September.
