The City of Benitachell announced a tender for a stall place at the Municipal Market.
The tender procedure was opened after a vacancy occurs , so now the granting of the place will be adjudicated for 5 years. Those interested in starting a business in the market may submit their applications at the City Council front desk until 10 April. (more…)
Wine and bean festival
The Poble Nou de Benitachell celebrates the second edition of the Wine and Bean Festival on Sunday 6 April.
This culinary and cultural event will award the best handcrafted wine and the longest bean. The schedule is organized in collaboration with the Neighborhood Association and a group of local restaurant owners. The event will show for the second year these two typical products in the (more…)
Wine at Benitachell
2nd Artisan Wine Competition in Poble Nou de Benitachell. People or small wine factories interested in expose their products may sign in until 31 March at the City Library or at the office of the Local Development Agency. The jury will evaluate the wines during the 2nd Wine and Fava (broad beans) Festival on 6 April. (more…)
Benitachell Town Hall
The Department of Economic Development of the City of Benitachell along with the Local Development Agency (ADL) organized a food handler course. The training activity is taking place on Monday 31 March and registration can be made at the office of ADL until 27 March.
Food handler certificate is required for activities that require contact with food products and production processes, preparation or presentation of any edible product according to European (2006/123/EC ) and Spanish ( RD 109/2010 ) laws. (more…)
Benitachell popular Race
3rd Popular race of Benitachell will be held on Saturday 29 March. Councilman Antonio Colomer explained that this new date for the Popular Race (used to take place in July) is due to the better weather conditions (Costa Blanca’s Summer is too hot) for a safe and comfortable activity for pro and aficionados athletes.
