Memory Workshop Benitachell
The “Memory Workshop” is a workshop aimed to people over 50 years old residents in Poble Nou de Benitachell who want to learn techniques and tips to speed up memory in everyday life.
Streamline memory and exercise the mind are the basic objectives of this Third Workshop of memory. After the great reception of these workshops in previous years, the Department of Social Services organized a new session which will give advices and explain mnemonic exercises to incorporate into daily life in order to strengthen the capacity of attention and memory.
