Valencia Region Government
Last 12 January started the Valencia Region Windows Renovation Project, promoted by the Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness) IVACE.
The plan aims to facilitate the thermal rehabilitation of windows and French windows (glazing, frame and subframe) in housing in order to promote energy savings by granting a financial incentive. Beneficiaries of this subside could be owners or usufructuary persons or societies of the qualifying estates. (more…)

The new Vapf Group blog
New VAPF Group blog, the developer and builder business group that has carried out several large projects and developed several urbanizations on the Costa Blanca North, most notably, due to its magnitude, the Cumbre del Sol urbanization in Poble Nou de Benitachell (Alicante).
A new blog available with corporate information about the VAPF Group, information about the latest projects the group has developed, such as the construction of the new Laude The Lady Elizabeth Junior School in Cumbre del Sol Benitachell, the infrastructure for the Jazmines Residential Estate, .., of the projects underway at present and its future projects.

Benitachell Town Hall
The Town Hall of Poble Nou de Benitachell (Alicante) is going to hold over the next few days public meetings addressed to all the towns’ residents to inform them of the projects currently being carried out.
In order to properly inform all the town residents, the meetings have been organized in several languages.
