Last 12 January started the Valencia Region Windows Renovation Project, promoted by the Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness) IVACE.
The plan aims to facilitate the thermal rehabilitation of windows and French windows (glazing, frame and subframe) in housing in order to promote energy savings by granting a financial incentive. Beneficiaries of this subside could be owners or usufructuary persons or societies of the qualifying estates.
The subside amount will be a maximum of 75 € per sqm to complete renovations of windows or French doors. The installer discount will be 15 € per sqm and will be deducted from the bill (before taxes) at the time of installation.
The maximum aid provided will be € 3,000 per household. Installation companies or businesses wishing to participate in the campaign this Renovation Plan must meet the requirements set and set the required documentation to renove_ventanas@gva.es.
