The City of Benitachell launched a bus service to access Moraig Cove. This new service, along with the construction of new parking in Cala Moraig access (constructed with the collaboration of Grupo VAPF) will ease the transportation of holiday’s goers to the beach, since people can park their cars and enjoy a convenient access. The Department of Environment of the City of Poble Nou de Benitachell is organing a cleaning Moraig Cover for next Saturday 22 June. This maintenance activity -which includes submarine and overland works open to all locals and visitors-, is aimed to raise awareness about environmental issues and its impact in the Mediterranean coast. Benitachell Swimming Pool
Benitachell Municipal Swimming School achieved the second place on the podium of the junior local league organized by Marina Alta Sport Consortium (CEMA). This excellent result was achieved thanks to the great individual medals won by local swimmers in different styles and categories this season, as we could see last Saturday in the closing ceremony of the league at the Dénia’s swimming pool.
