This summer the Montecala Gardens Open Days are back at Cumbre del Sol, we are opening the doors of the show apartment and we invite you to come and visit it and have a coffee, a glass of cava, or simply to chat about the new developments we are preparing, both in Cumbre del Sol and in other locations where Grupo VAPF is present.
We will be holding 2 Open Days, one in July and one in August, so that you have more opportunities to come and visit Montecala Gardens, at the following address: Montecala Gardens- Calle Greco nº1- vivienda 1.
July: 26th, 27th and 28th from 10:00-18:00
August: 9th, 10th and 11th from 10:00-18:00
To attend the Montecala Gardens Open Day you only have to register, we will be happy to show you the apartaments and explain you all the details.
At the Open Day, as well as visiting the show apartment, you will be able to see how the works are proceeding, as the construction of the apartments are already in progress and the first sales have already been formalised, so we couldn’t be happier.
The new Montecala Gardens apartaments, have the same qualities and design as the show apartment you are going to visit, but as always, they include some new features, all the apartments have a storage room which provides extra space, ideal for storing bicycles, suitcases, beach accessories,etc… an extra space that always comes in handy.
They also include a photovoltaic installation to power the communal areas (lift, staircase light) and the surplus energy is distributed among the apartments. These measures, together with the efficiency of the installations in the homes, mean that they have an A energy certificate, a plus in terms of sustainability and savings.
They also have communal covered parking, and complete communal services with several swimming pools, large terraces, children’s play area and social club. Furthermore, from the apartments you can walk to Cala Llebeig.
There are several apartment models to choose from, depending on your needs, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with large terraces, with terrace and garden, or duplex with terrace and a large garden, as well as very pleasant views of the residential area and the sea.
