VAPF is currently launching a job offer to work, full time, at the VAPF Store office in Moraira, a customer service office located on one of the town’s main streets. As it is a tourist destination, it will be necessary to have hourly availability during the summer months.
We are looking for a professional profile with experience in the area of selling luxury homes to international clients for at least 2 years. Therefore, the following language skills will be an essential requirement: French (high level), English (high level) and Spanish (medium level). You must have sufficient Spanish level to be able to communicate with the team members of the other offices. Any other language is a plus.
The job responsibilities to be carried out by the employee are, mainly, attending to a real estate point of sale, attracting clients to the point of sale, managing collaborators and presenting real estate properties.
Job requirements: sales experience, knowledge of MS-Office, teamwork skills, proactive skills to attract customers, excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of team spirit; in addition to good character and professional appearance, a high degree of commitment and independent way of working and knowledge of the real estate sector.
