At VAPF we are known for taking our customers’ satisfaction very seriously and we do everything we can to make buying your new home at Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol or in Altea as easy as possible. For this reason, we will always offer customer support in your native language and we have various online services, such as the Extranet platform where you will find all the documents concerning your home. Furthermore, we give you the possibility of organising a virtual or face-to-face visit, you choose.
To meet this demand, we have decided to organise several webinars in different languages (Spanish, English, French, Russian and Dutch). Since the beginning of October, we have offered a new presentation every Thursday at the same time to discuss a new topic.
