Last Friday, we held an Open House at the Blue Infinity luxury apartment development with our network of agencies. All our agents were invited to this event to get a first-hand look at the finished block, two show apartments, and the communal areas, which include an infinity pool, spa, wellness area, and gym. Furthermore, we took advantage of the occasion to provide them with information about sales, the next steps to be taken, and the new developments which will be available for sale in 2019.
A total of 115 people attended the event, among them representatives of 52 estate agencies, owners of the Blue Infinity apartments, and neighbours from Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort who wanted to see our luxury apartments.
We began the event by welcoming the attendees in the hall of the Blue Infinity luxury apartments. Our first stop was dedicated to visiting the two show apartments, where our guests received a detailed explanation about the availability of the homes, the new projects, and the quality offered in this development, as well as the home automation system – an added value in these apartments which will provide the owners with the utmost comfort in their home, making their life much easier. The attendees were amazed at the results and went away with a very positive impression of the development.
After visiting the two Blue Infinity apartments, our next stop took us to the fabulous communal areas, where we find the outdoor infinity pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and gym. As part of the event, the attendees enjoyed a cocktail along with some music, and there was a photocall as well as a television so that everyone could watch the new video for the Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort. This was a lovely moment during which our guests were able to enjoy Blue Infinity’s wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
