Maybe it’s the great weather all your round, or that special blue of the Mediterranean at Costa Blanca Norte. Perhaps it’s the peace and tranquillity that pervades the atmosphere… Or it could be an accumulation of all those things. What is certain is that at Cumbre del Sol every single moment is special. And as we love to have an excuse for an event, we thought what could be better to celebrate the start of the new school year at Lady Elizabeth School than holding a brunch and inviting the parents of the pupils at the best international school in the area? And it proved to be one of the most special days of recent weeks!
Villa Veleta: the perfect scenario
Once classes had begun at 9 am in the morning, the parents of pupils headed to the event. Villa Veleta was the venue chosen to host the brunch. The terrace of this impressive villa, designed by VAPF in the heart of Residencial Jazmines, and with wonderful sea views was the ideal place for parents to meet up after the summer break. In turn, the new residents of Cumbre del Sol and the parents of the new students got together to chat and discuss things in a healthy and relaxed atmosphere along with representatives of Lady Elizabeth School and agents from the VAPF Group, while they enjoyed a buffet-style brunch with a sumptuous array of food and drinks.
The event ended around 12 am and the guests left the villa and returned to their daily routines after spending a morning with a difference.

Life in la Costa Blanca is a unique one, and Christmas, of course, is no exception – just ask the residents of Cumbre del Sol. Christmas lights have started lighting up the whole residential and have spread the Christmas spirit and cheer to its residents and guests. With that, we encourage our residents to dress up their homes with festive décor, giving it their own unique flair.
There are many reasons this year to celebrate. But, without a doubt, if there’s one reason why we want to celebrate at VAPF, it’s that we want to celebrate you. Our clients are our best present, the motive that keeps driving us forward to improve every day. And of course, our clients are the reason why we strive to offer the best products and services.
2021 was the year of reunions. Many of our residents could finally fly to la Costa Blanca to enjoy their homes and the excellent Mediterranean climate once more. For others, this will be the first time they spend this holiday season in their new home in Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol.
To jog everyone’s memory, we’d like to remind you that La Cumbre Restaurant has prepared a Christmas and New Year’s day menu for those who would like to try it. Furthermore, all of our establishments will be offering their services on these special days! Don’t be left behind on the New Year’s day dip too. It’s a steadfast tradition! A few kilometres from Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, Portet beach (Moraira) is where the bravest bathers come to on the first day of the new year.
This is certain to be an unforgettable Christmas. Even so, our biggest wish is that the pandemic situation improves even more so in 2022. This way, we’ll be able to resume our Christmas contest and other traditional events in Cumbre del Sol for next year, to continue getting to know each other and enjoying the paradise that is la Costa Blanca.

The last few months have been very difficult. We started by being at home one day after the next, and then continued with restrictions to what we could do. But it was and still is necessary to be responsible so that this situation can end soon, and so we can get back to enjoying every moment to the fullest.
Many lessons can be drawn from the last year. However, on a personal level, we can conclude that comfort and well-being at home are essential. And consequently, the desire for spaciousness and, if possible, an outdoor area.

In June, we also have two days of webinars on the calendar. On the 10th, you will learn more about what it’s like to live in Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. We will talk about how to live here and also about taxes. We know it may be less attractive than getting to know one of our villas by the sea, however, it is essential information for future residents! Besides, the webinar on the 24th makes up for everything. The reason being that during the “La Sella experience” you will get to know apartments where both nature and the sea are the main protagonists.
With all this information, you will be able to decide on your next home before you even visit it. Furthermore, if you decide to start your new life with us, during the process you will be able to access services such as an extranet. Here you can check the status of your home and receive personalised attention in your own language, among other things.
For your first in person visit, we have also built-in exclusive services for your maximum comfort. You will have a free one-night hotel stay the day before handing over the keys, which will be personalised. We will explain to you how the facilities work. In addition, to make it easier for you, we will take care of some of the formalities, such as arranging direct debit for the utilities for your new home if you need it.

With the arrival of the summer heat, the only thing we think about is cooling off. As well as drinking plenty of water, especially on particularly hot days, our body also longs for the sensation of that cool water against our warm skin. What better feeling than taking a dip on summer days? Among salt water, fresh water, and swimming pools, we offer you a range of options to refresh your mind and strengthen your spirit.
Can you imagine living just a few steps away from an area with large swimming pools? But if you are looking for a place to cool off while you go for a walk and visit the province interior, you can’t miss one of the best places on the Costa Blanca: Las Fuentes del Algar. This natural environment offers several possibilities so that you won’t get bored and spend an exceptional day: hiking trails, natural pools where you can practice your jumping from the rocks, waterfalls and a picnic area. In addition, the water is a little cooler than that of the swimming pools or beaches because it comes from the mountains. Can you think of a better plan?

The good weather is here, and you can sense it all over! Both for the extra degrees and because some Covid-19 restrictions have been relaxed. This means that there will be more options for leisure activities for the coming weeks and months in our surroundings.
At Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol an event begins this weekend that we are especially excited about. This Saturday, May 15th, the S.P.D. Cumbre del Sol tennis school will be inaugurated! Although, for security reasons, the opening ceremony will be held online. The good news is that during the next week the courts will be open for you to test them out for free.
We have worked for a long time to design and create four unique tennis courts in our complex. And most importantly, at the school, each court will overlook the Mediterranean. Undoubtedly, it’s a unique space where you can practice this sport! In addition, while learning tennis you will have a team of professionals by your side who stand out for their enthusiasm and optimism. Bring out the player in you! The whole team is waiting for you this Saturday on their Facebook page where they will do a Live at 10h (UTC+2). And all next week on the courts. As we want to make it comfortable for you to come and play on the courts, you don’t need to bring any equipment. The facilities are fully equipped and at your disposal.
And we have more good news! During the month of May, we also have cultural activities for you. The glamping Dreamsea Mediterranean Camp, at Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, organizes a live concert every Saturday. And it does so by joining one of the trends that has spread the most in the last year: afternoon meet-ups. These events will start at 17:00 p.m., so you can accompany them with tapas, a snack or even a drink. You decide!
The line-up? On Saturday, the 15th, The Rhythm Syncopators will take the stage. On the 22nd, rock comes to Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol with Pau Monteagudo. He has been on the scene since the 90’s with his band Uzzhuaia. Currently he continues to stand out in the music scene with his new band, Corazones Eléctricos.
And to send off May and welcome the summer month of June, the guest on May 29th will be Dj Ferro. This Portuguese artist will bring a fresh style to Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. Back to sports, which are very important at Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. For this reason, this summer we will participate in two paddle tournaments. The first one, from the 1st to the 4th of July, will have one category for men and one for women, as well as three mixed categories and is fully sponsored by VAPF. The next competition will be in August –between the 5th and the 8th– and in this case there will be three categories for men and three for women, and only one mixed category. Are you interested? As you can see, there is a lot of variety: from tennis to rock to even paddle tournaments.
