And outside of Cumbre del Sol and Benitatxell, you can visit the picturesque towns around it. We recommend going to Gata de Gorgos and finding out about their wicker industry and artisanal products. The beaches in the town of Moraira are also worth seeing, as well as the ones in more well-known towns like Jávea and Dénia. Now is the time to enjoy what Costa Blanca has to offer!

With the arrival of the summer heat, the only thing we think about is cooling off. As well as drinking plenty of water, especially on particularly hot days, our body also longs for the sensation of that cool water against our warm skin. What better feeling than taking a dip on summer days? Among salt water, fresh water, and swimming pools, we offer you a range of options to refresh your mind and strengthen your spirit.
Can you imagine living just a few steps away from an area with large swimming pools? With the Montecala Gardens flats at Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, you can cool off in just a couple of seconds. All you have to do is think about it and, moments later, you will be in the water. Moreover, the shared pools of these flats will allow you to enjoy your neighbours and have fun with them, creating memorable moments. As for the private pools, they have another kind of advantage. At Lirios Design, all the models have their own pool so that you can enjoy all the privacy, peace, and comfort you need.

But if you don’t care so much for sand and prefer a less frequented beach, we recommend playa de la Grava in Jávea, a charming pebble beach characterised by its small and picturesque port and its easy access, as it is very close to the historic centre of Jávea. Why not relax on this beach after an intense day visiting the city and discovering its history and rich heritage of monuments?
But if you are looking for a place to cool off while you go for a walk and visit the province interior, you can’t miss one of the best places on the Costa Blanca: Las Fuentes del Algar. This natural environment offers several possibilities so that you won’t get bored and spend an exceptional day: hiking trails, natural pools where you can practice your jumping from the rocks, waterfalls and a picnic area. In addition, the water is a little cooler than that of the swimming pools or beaches because it comes from the mountains. Can you think of a better plan?

As Anne, one of the residents of Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol says, we involve the client in the entire process. “I had a lot of feedback, and I felt comfortable to share it; I knew that when I asked for something, they would do their best to make it happen.” This is what Anne shared about the construction of what has been her home for the last ten years.
Anne and her husband Bob had been looking for a second home in a European country such as France or Italy for some time. However, “we always found something we were hesitant about, and finally, at Cumbre del Sol, there were no hesitations. It was a ‘yes’,” she says.
Something similar happened to another of our neighbours, Kenny Belaey, at Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. With different goals than those of Anne and Bob, he was looking for a place to practice his favourite sport: trial cycling, a very common sport in Spain. At first, he had Barcelona, Valencia or Torrevieja in mind as cities to relocate and buy a new home. But it was a friend’s recommendation that eventually led him to Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. He told him about the wonderful views, the mountains and the surroundings. This place became home for him nine years ago now.
Our clients have always been content with the amenities and services in the surrounding areas. Less than two months to go until summer is officially here. Warm weather, holidays, breezy nights… Unbeatable? Of course not! Everything can be improved upon and, in this case, our Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol will be the icing on the cake – or the icing on the summer vacation cake.
Our resort has everything you could wish for in a holiday. Looking for relaxation and somewhere to disconnect from it all? Nature surrounds the coves of Moraig and Los Tiestos: crystal-clear waters and cliffs that make the area a cosy oasis, ideal for a few hours of rest.

A few days ago we launched the second block of apartments! Right now, there are five ground floor flats and two top floor apartments available. All of them have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and make the most of the Mediterranean climate. If you opt for a ground floor flat, you can enjoy a terrace and garden, while on the top floor you will have your own terrace and sun deck. In addition, the communal areas include everything you need to enjoy yourself. Specifically, there are two swimming pools with large sun decks, a children’s playground, and a club house.
If apartments aren’t your thing and you prefer a villa, you are in luck! We currently have two villas available in two of our developments. The first one is Villa Rodas. Located within our Lirios Design development, this modern design villa has a single floor layout and includes three double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace. In addition to the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, one of the main attractions of this villa is the terrace with infinity pool.
