Blood Donation in Benitachell
Next Monday 29 February there will be a blood donation day in Poble Nou de Benitatxell.

Yoga brings many benefits to your health
Those interested in learning yoga or attending yoga lessons can attend the yoga course organised by the Poble nou de Benitachell Town Hall. Classes are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday, from 17:45 h to 18:45 h. Those interested can sign up to the course until October 15th in the Town’s Public Library. The course starts on October 19th 2010. The price is €120 and there is a €10 discount for members of any association in town.
Yoga is a 2,000 years old tradition. This technique combines mind, body and spirit and channels them through an intuitive and practical knowledge of health, body, emotions and mind. Yoga builds up this unity of body, emotions, mind and being.
