CV-737 Moraira-Benitachell road
The Alicante Council announced to the Benitachell Town Hall that repair works will be carried out on the Benitachell to Moraira Road (CV737), more specifically on the 1,4 kilometre point.
This specific part of the road is considered as dangerous and, on words of the Council, the works will reduce the risk of accidents. Some of the improvements will include banking of the road and the asphalting, to make the curve at this point less dangerous. The works will be carried out on the next days.

Today in this post, we decided to feature some photos of the construction site at Magnolias Design, a residential estate with modern style villas and beautiful views to the sea, built by VAPF at Cumbre del Sol. This estate has proven a success, because of its quality-price relationship and its excellent location.
As you will tell from the pictures, the modern style 6 villas are being currently built. All of them include private swimming pools, closed parking and beautiful views to the sea and Ibiza.

Views from the Jazmines Residential Estate
A few months ago, Grupo VAPF started working on infrastructure improvements for Lirios Residential Estate in Cumbre del Sol Residential Park. To be more precise, bordering walls are being erected in natural stone, to delimit the plots. Lighting cabling is being laid underground, pavements are being built and roads are being conditioned for future paving.
