The past edition of Hong Kong’s Tatler magazine (a publication exclusively dedicated to luxury brands and products on an international scope) surprised us with a feature titled “The World’s Most Stunning Seaside Properties”. Here, the editors chose the 7 most stunning homes by the sea from all around the world. One of these was Cala Moraig Villa, built by Luxury Homes by VAPF at Cumbre del Sol residential park in Benitachell, between the towns of Jávea and Moraira.

New Cumbre del Sol DVD
We have news about something previously mentioned in the blog of Grupo VAPF back on 12th September 2010 and on 23rd August 2010 Grupo VAPF worked hard on the creation of a new DVD about Cumbre del Sol residential estate. Now it is ready.
This video brings you closer to the estate as it is now. The excellent images on high definition and the impeccable production was a product of the intervention of film professionals.
The video has audio in 5 languages.

Villa to be featured in the TV show
The recording team of “Interiors” —a TV show about interior design by Radio Televisión Valenciana’s Canal Nou Channel— will be visiting an exclusive luxury villa by VAPF in Cumbre del Sol residential estate next Tuesday 26th April.
The broadcast date of this feature on “Interiors” is not confirmed yet, but remain sure we will let our readers know in this blog as soon as we know.
“Interiors” is a program dedicated features on exclusive properties in the Region of Valencia with something that makes them special. These could well be country houses, luxury homes, castles, etc.

The Moraig Cove in Poble Nou de Benitatxell
With the arrival of April, the weather invites to go out and enjoy the fresh breeze and the warm sun. We thought it would be a good idea to share some information about one of the most beautiful hiking paths across Costa Blanca north: the “Ruta de los Acantilados” or cliffs’ path, starting on Cala Moraig cove and ending on Cala Llebeig cove, At Cumbre del Sol, in Poble Nou de Benitachell town.
This route takes about 2 hours to complete (1 hour back, 1 hour forth) and is considered to be of medium difficulty.

"Sexos" at Olympia Theatre Valencia
As a “grand finale” to the celebrations of International Women’s week, Benitachell town in collaboration with the organization of the Benitachell’s music band is pleased to invite all interested in town and its neighboring areas to the comedy play “Sexos” in Valencia City.
In this play —presented at the Olympia Theatre in Valencia on 26th March, actors Anabel Alonso and Pepón Nieto tell the story of two middle-aged unsatisfied, but humorous couples.
The bus to Valencia will depart from the bus stop parking at the cemetery on March 26 at 18:00 h and have a total cost (entrance fee and transportation) of €24.
