One of the many routes to Montgo
For the second consecutive year a Mountain Race will be held in Jávea, which will follow the hiking trail of the Montgó Mountain.
Next Sunday April 3 runners and hikers will take part in this race through the Nature Reserve along a circular route that goes from the Palacio Municipal de los Deportes de Jávea (Jávea Sports Hall) to the top of Montgó and back.
Llebeig Athletics Club will be in charge of organizing (same as last year) this event which has the sponsorship and collaboration the Sports Council of Jávea.
The travel distances are 12 and 15 km for walkers and runners, respectively. This has been designed this way so that the margin of arrivals between two categories is not too long and the event does not lose emotion.
The starting time is set for 10:00 h at the parking lot behind the sports hall and it is estimated that the event ends around 13:00 h.
