IV Mostra Gastronòmica de Benissa
The IV Mostra Gastronòmica de Benissa —IV Benissa Food Fair— will take place from Friday, 4th March until Sunday 13th.
This event is divided in two parts: Tastings at Taller d’Ivars and Special menus in the best restaurants of Benissa.
This is the schedule at Taller d’Ivars:
4th March:
19:30 h: Opening of the IV Mostra Gastronòmica de Benissa.
20:00 h to 23:00 h: Tastings and exhibition of the artisan tool used for the homemade elaboration of Benissa Sausages.
Saturday, 5th March:
11:00 h to 16:00 h: Tastings and exhibition of the artisan tools used for the homemade elaboration of Benissa Sausages.
13:00 h to 14:00 h. Free regional wine tasting at the Tastings Hall.
19:00 h to 23:00 h: Tastings and exhibition of the artisan tools used for the homemade elaboration of Benissa Sausages.
20:00 h: Free Spanish Mahou beer tasting at the Tastings Hall.
Sunday, 6th March:
10:00 h to 14:00 h: XI Concurs de Vins de Benissa —XI Benissa Wines Contest—at the Tastings Hall.
11:00 h to 17:00 h: Tastings and exhibition of the artisan tools used for the homemade elaboration of Benissa Sausages.
Drinks cost between €1 and 2€2, while samples cost between €2 and €3.
The second part of the Mostra —7th to 13th March— consists of menus specially designed for the occasion, with special prices, on the best restaurants in town. These are the menus.
