La Cumbre Restaurant Christmas Menu, 25th December 2010:

Entrees: Cannoli filled with spicy pork sausage and homemade butifarra sausage; montadito with duck foie gras; broiled octopus medallions; calamari in black ink sauce; boiled prawns.
Main course: Dentex fillet.


Traditional Christmas sorbet.
Second course: Duck maigret on orange sauce.
Dessert: Pumpkin llorona with chocolate and Christmas sweets assortment./strong>
Wines: Arnegui Reserva Rioja red wine by Pagos del Rey cellar; Libalín Rosé and Whiteby Vintae cellars; Cava Brut Nature Roger de Flor.
