Themed routes through Benissa, Lliber and Murla

During the month of October those interested in getting to know the North Costa Blanca towns have the opportunity to do the themed walking routes that Benissa and Vall del Pop have organized to discover a little more about the towns of Benissa, Lliber and Murla through emblematic and historical figures, actors of the themed routes.

Sunday 3rd of October 2010 Benissa Route: Moors on the coast!, leaving from the Spanish Pavillion of the 5th Multicultural Festival that will be installed in the Dolores Piera park in Benissa at 11:30 am.

On this route you will get know the history of the Sala del Consell (conference room), Casal del Joves (youngsters association), noble homes of Benissa, Seu Universitaria (university headquarters), Riberero monument, Puríssima Xiqueta Church, etc.

Saturday 16th of October 2010 Lliber Route: The call of the sea shell at 6pm at the Plaza Mayor (main square) in Lliber, visiting the Calvary, Sant Cosme and Sant Damià Parish Church and the historical centre.

Saturday 23rd of October 2010 Murla Route: the Great Battle Leaving from the Plaza Mayor (main square) in Murla at 6pm, visiting the following points of interest: Sant Sebastià chapel, fountain-laundry wash house, tower,castle-church, Blood chapel, etc…
