Today we would like to share with you the information on the upcoming Dolia “Wine and Gastronomy Tasting” at Teulada-Moraira Auditorium on Friday 2 September from 20:00 h.
This year’s cooking show will be:
Chef Kiko Moya from L’Escaleta Restaurant of Cocentaina
Awarded with 1 Michelin star and 3 Repsol Suns
Moya will prepare work with the pairing of Teulada’s muscatel grape and Jjona nougat.
Chef Manuel Alonso from Casa Manolo of Daimús
Awarded with 1 Michelin star and 1 Repsol Suns
Alonso will show us the balance and merging of two artistic disciplines: Sculpture and Gastronomy.
Show featuring sculptor Quico Torres.
In addition, there will be other activities such as a workshop for children, the presentation of a new muscat and almond based cocktail prepared by Ivan Talens, delicacies tasting at Toni Cantó Restaurant and a wine tasting by Sant Vicent Ferrer agricultural co-op.
