Moraira-Teulada fiestas 2010
All the Northern Costa Blanca towns celebrate their local fiestas during the summer months and so, Teulada-Moraira has a calendar full of events during July with the 2010 Patron Saint festivities of Moraira, the Sants de la Pedra Fiestas in “El Raval” and the San Jaime Fiestas at the Benimarco rural district.
The Moraira festivities will take place from the 9th to the 23rd of July, 2010 in honour of the Virgin of the Helpless (Virgen de los Desamparados) and the Virgen del Carmen, celebrated in the town centre of Moraira.
Amongst the large program of events organized every year we recommend the maritime procession in honour of the Virgen de los Desamparados, the aquatic fireworks display and of course the “bous a la mar” bull running in the mobile bullring set up on the esplanade in front of the Moraira fish market in the port.
San Jaime Fiestas at Benimarco from the 23rd to the 29th of July, 2010, with dancing, bull running and popular snacks.
Fiestas de Sants de la Pedra in “El Raval”, Calvo Sotelo street in Teulada, from the 29th of July to the 4th of August, dance, popular dining and bull running.
