“Xàbia a cultural culinay history” is a gastronomic route and delicacies tasting conducted in English on Wednesday 15 July.

This route is aimed to show to participants a variety of fine dishes made with local seafood and shellfish, vegetables, rice cooked in various ways, cereals, spices such as saffron and ñora, dried fruit like figs, tomatoes and raisins, salted anchovies, tuna and anchovies and dry Octopus. Also you can have Tapas starters and stews like the Putxero.

Desserts and sweets will be also available for tasting in this route with a large selection of desserts made with typical products such as almond, orange, raisins and figs.

The route price is € 9 for adults and € 6 for children.
