Biomuscat grape at SEAE congress
Poble Noude Benitachell is presenting a project for BioMoscatell Muscat organic grape production at the 11th SEAE Congress of Organic farming family taking place in Vitoria (Basque Country).
Benitachell’s research team includes technicians from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and the municipal project coordinator, José Manuel Bisetto.
BioMoscatell team based their participation in this congress in the exhibition of the project objectives and progress of the field study of the vineyards in the last two years. Moreover, during Thursday morning, the team received the award for the best informative panel. The panels presented under the name “Study of arthropod abundance in organically growing muscat grapes in Benitachell” show the monitoring of pests and auxiliary insects in experimental fields during 2013.
The conference exposed experiences from Spain and other countries regarding scientific and technical fields related to organic agriculture with small or non-existent marketing platform.
