Gourmet Race Teulada-Moraira
Today we would like to bring you the Gourmet Race Week schedule from 6 to 12 October 2014, including program of activities and meetings related to gastronomy.
This third edition of the Gourmet Race will feature a prestigious jury such as Chef Alberto Ferruz from Bom Amb Restaurant of Jávea -who has been just awarded with his first Michelin star- and the jury president of honor French chef Joël Robuchon, awarded with 28 Michelin stars.
The program of this event is as follows:
8 October:
21:00 h.: Craft beer tasting on Toni Canto Restaurant (registration by phone at 965 541 112).
9 October:
Opening of Feria Gourmet exhibition and sale of gourmet products. Exhibition of Iberian ham cutting and tasting of wine, oil and cheese.
10:00 h.: Swim cross from the El Portet Yacht Club (Portitxol Cove). Inscriptions www.teuladamoraira.org
From 10:30 to 13:30 h.: SUP Regatta. Registration at info@sailingmoraira.com
From 15:00 to 16:00 h.: Sailing baptism. Registration at info@sailingmoraira.com
10 October:
From 10:00 h.: Gourmet Fair in the Castle esplanade and sensory tastings at the auditorium of The Senieta building. In this event you can taste Murvierdro wines from Utiel-Requena. Taste sessions at 19:00 and 21:00 h. Registration at www.gourmetrace.com.
11 October:
From 10:00 h.: Gourmet Fair in the Castle esplanade and Gourmet Race sailing event at the Bay of Moraira. Boats crew will cook on board sea related dishes.
09:00 h.: Dock Out Show with live music at the Yacht Club. Jury deliberation and awards.
17:00 h.: Gin Tonic Tasting by The Botanical’s Premium London Dry Gin and Schweppes.
20:00 h.: AMUP Teulada concert at Castle esplanade.
12 October:
From 10:00 h.: Gourmet Fair in the Castle esplanade.
10:00 h.: “Gourmet running” race leaving from Moraira Castle to El Portet beach. Registration at www.teuladamoraira.org.
