Guided night trails through Marina Alta
Once again, the CEMA (Marina Alta sport Consortium) is organizing the “Camina per la Marina Alta amb la Lluna” (“Walk under the moonlight at the Marina Alta”), a nighttime sports activity aimed to show the beautiful local landscapes during the night.
The upcoming night tours will be as follow:
Saturday 1 August: “La Rectoría”
Activity with a distance of 10 kilometers and approximately 3:30 hours of hiking along different municipalities of the region.
Friday 8 August: “Orba i El Girona, amb lluna plena”
Activity with a distance of 9 kilometers and approximately 3:30 hours of duration kicking off from “Plaça d’Espanya Orba” Square. Note that this route will be the best illuminated due to the moon phase.
Friday 22 August: “Teulada-Moraira, terra de mar i muntanya”
10 km long tour with a duration of about 3:30 h. Meeting point for attendees will be in the “Senillar” of Moraira.
During each route there will be hydration pauses, so make sure to bring snacks and water. Also you have to bring proper footwear, clothing and a headlamp.
