San Juan Bonfires
Check below the program of the events taking place in the next few days in Jávea in the framework of the Festivals in honor to San Juan:
SUNDAY 22 JUNE:
09:30 h.: Brunch with senior citizens at the Social Center.
11:30 h.: Parade along the decorated streets, the historic center, seafront promenade and tenista David Ferrer ave.
14:00 h.: Giant paella for everyone at the park.
18:00 h.: Installation of Asociación “Amics de Thiviers” stands in Constitution Sq.
20:30 h.: Serenade to Jávea festival queens.
22:00 h.: “Fiesta en el Aire” Musical Show at the Convent Sq. Then “Una Bala Perduda” Farce by Paco Barchino and performed by the Montgò theatre Group of Javea.
00:30 h.: “Lo mejor de lo Último” Rock concert performed by former members of “El Último de la fila” Spanish rock band.
MONDAY 23 JUNE:
19:00 h.: Flower Offering to Sant Juan at Church sq.
00:30 h.: Traditional Night of Fire of San Juan with bonfires at Raval de Baix St. Then, street firecrackers war and “Strenos” pop-rock cover band show.
TUESDAY 24 JUNE: DAY OF SAN JUAN
10:00 h.: Street parade with Fiestas’ Queens, Court of Honor, Ladies, Queens and President of the Quintà.
10:00 h.: Solemn Mass at Xativa sq. (Freginal) and then the chocolate and sweets giveaway to the attendees.
12:00 h.: Mass at St. Bartolomé church, with the participation of the Choir of Javea and the String Orchestra of the Conservatory of Javea.
13:30 h.: Firecracker show at Palmela Ave. parking.
19:00 h.: Parade of floats
22:00 h.: Children Bonfire at the Convent Sq.
22:30 h.: Maxims orchestra concert at Constitució Sq.
00:00 h.: Music and fireworks show at Constitució Sq. After that, Bonfire burning and party with a Maxims orchestra.
