Benitachell will become the host of the 12th Tastavins Superior Course on wine culture, which will be offering professional training about muscat wine tradition in the region.
The course will have a duration of 112 teaching hours, in which wine industry experts of Miguel Hernández University, University of Valencia and international colleges from France, Italy and Portugal will share their knowledge with the attendees.
This course will be held co 12th consecutive year and will take place from 13 June 2014 until May 2015 and will be divided in 78 theory classes hours and 34 field practices in wineries, vineyards and labs. The course includes the audiovisual material, a manual with 14 thematic units and tasting of wines from 110 different countries.
Juan Martin -Professor and Course Director- said that “the people and the residents of the Marina Alta and Valencian regions interested in this subject will greatly benefit with this course, since we will have the visit of wine world celebrities like the President of the International Academy of sommeliers, technicians and officials in Brussels , technical and premier vintners , world champion of sommelier and cigar competition and other surprises”.
