Teulada Auditorium
The UCAM (Symphony Orchestra of the Catholic University of Murcia) and Discantus Choir are performing The Carmina Burana on Saturday 7 June at 19:00 h. at the Teulada-Moraira Auditorium.
Carmina Burana is a scenic cantata composed by Carl Orff between 1935 and 1936, based in the medieval poems of the same name. This work premiered on June 8, 1937 at the Alte Oper of Frankfur under the direction of Oscar Wälterlin.
The concert in Teulada-Moraira will feature soloists Eva Tenorio (soprano), Juan A. Armas (Tenor) and Antonio Torres (Baritone), under the direction of Angel L. Carrillo (Discantus Choir) and Borja Quintas.
Admission fee: 20 €. Seniors over 65 and students under 16 years old will have 15% discount in admission.
