The municipality of Benitachell is celebrating the Fiestas de la Rosa 2014 festival and we bring you the program of events for today 3 May and tomorrow as we show you below:
Wednesday 30 April
09:30 h.: Mass
19:30 h.: First Day of Triduum
Thursday 1 May
09:30 h.: Mass
19:30 h.: Second day of Triduum
Friday 2 May
09:30 h.: Mass
19:30 h.: Third day of Triduum
Saturday 3 May
10:00 h.: Mass of St. Louis
10:30 h.: Bouncy castles and lunch for children at Cura Mas Street.
13:00 h.: Bell chiming
18.30 h.: Parade by Sta. María Magdalena Marching Band of Benitachell.
19:30 h.: Offering flowers to the Virgen de la Rosa accompanied by the Colla Llebetjà choir and Sta. María Magdalena Marching Band from Benitachell. Later, there will a performance of Morro Falqui dance group in Church Square.
Sunday 4 May
08:00 h.: Musical wake up
10:00 h.: Parade by Sta. María Magdalena Marching Band of Benitachell
11:00 h.: “Holy bread” parade from the Oratorio (praying palce) to the church.
11:30 h.: Mass in honor of the Virgen de la Rosa sung by the parish choir and then holy bread giveaway all over town.
18:00 h.: Performance of Albaladre guitar group in the Plaza Nueva Sq. sponsored by the Alicante province government.
20:00 h.: Solemn procession in honor of the Virgen de la Rosa, San Pancracio Martyr and San Luis Gonzaga accompanied by the Llebetjà Colla Choir and Sta. María Magdalena Band from Benitachell. After that, “mascletada” firecracker show by Ricasa pyrotechnics.
