Wine at Benitachell
It is open the registration period for the course “Making of artisan wines” in Benitachell. The City is working on the completion of this course, organized by the Association of Residents of Benitachell. Those interested may register until 20 January at the City Library.
The Association of Benitachell Residents has promoted a course for making artisan wines. The Department of Culture subsidize this initiative open to any resident who want to dig into the almost forgotten artisan winemaking tradition of the villages of the region.
The 20 hours course will be taught by sommelier Tonet Puig Sirerol, who will transmit his knowledge in handmade vintage and further processing aspects.
For further information and register, please go to the Municipal Library (Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 13:30 h. 16:30 and 19:30 h.) until 20 January.
The course is priced at 35 €, although the registered neighbors will have a discount of € 10 and the Neighborhood Association will pay € 20 to its partners.
