The Swiss Hotel of Moraira – member of Amigos del Sol Club- is preparing a special seasonal menu for Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year with several dishes to choose from as we show you below:
Christmas Eve
Starters:
Prawn salad with nuts tabbouleh and passion fruit vinaigrette – Boletus cream with Iberian ham dust.
Entrees:
Braised pork with red wine and salted potato gratin or cod with poached egg and plums.

Christmas Surprise

Starters:
Scallop salad with nuts and orange vinaigrette.
Second dish:
Sautéed loin, spinach, raisins and pine nuts.
Main Course:
Steak grilled beef and caramelized peach.
Dessert: pineapple carpaccio and raspberry sorbet .

New Year’s Eve
Starters:
Foie gras micuit with Teulada’s sweet wine gelée.
Second dish: Boletus cream with of Iberian ham powder.
Entrees:
Sea bass ragout accompanied by winter vegetables – Fillet of beef with glazed onions and potatoes.
Dessert:
Christmas Surprise.
Liquors: Chardonnay Somontano, White wine DO Enate 234 , red wine Tempranillo DO Luis Alegre Rioja and Champagne Blanc de Blancs Codorniz.
