Dry stone architecture in Benissa
Today, we would like to share with you the activities organised by the towns comprising the Vall del Pop region, Benissa and Teulada-Moraira, in the frame of a program of active holidays called “Déjate Llevar 2013” (let yourself go 2013). This time, the program features tours to get to know the area and its surroundings better.
“Teulada, nuestra tierra, nuestra historia” (Teulada, our land and history) Guided Tour will be held on Saturday 9 November, and the Family Workshop: Teulada and the grape will take place on Sunday 10.
Starting point and time: Town Hall Sq (Plaza del Ayuntamiento) at 10:30 h.
Previous sign-up required. Guided tour ticket: € 8 for adults and €4 for children. Family workshop ticket: €10 for adults and €4 for children. Combi ticket: €15 for adults and €5 for children. Minimum: 10 people.
“Entre Piedras” (between rocks) Themed Hike to Benissa-Senija on 24 November
Description: Interpretation of the dry rock local architecture (Benissa – Senija – Lliber).
Lenght: 12 km. Time: 5 hours. Physical demand: Medium to low. Start time: 9:30 h.
Starting point: Convento Franciscanos Sq, Benissa. Alternative starting point from Senija: at 1:.00 h. from Senija Church Sq. Fee: €6. Additional traditional lunch: +€2. Maximum capacity for this activity: 40 people.
Previous signing up until the Friday before the activity will be required to participate.
