Jávea continues its way to become a reference in for art collectors and art fans. The amount of art galleries, museums and exhibition halls keeps increasing and the relevance and quality of the exhibited works is also growing with them. Today, we would like to share with you the exhibitions offer for November in this nice town:
At L’Artelier, we can visit the sculptures and paintings by Mónica Sandell and Carina Fodge until 23 November. Right after that, starting on 29 November, a selection of the last Works by Colin Tofts’ “Three Favourite Places” will be also on display. L’Artelier is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 h and from 17:00 to 20:30 h. Saturdays, 10:00 to 13:30 h.
Until 29 November, CIRNE Foundation brings us the opportunity to enjoy an exhibition called “Xàbia, anys 40 i 50”, a window to the Jávea of the 40’s and 50’s. Visitors will be able to witness the social, economic and day-to-day reality of the residents in Jávea during those decades.
Bento’s Galería will be holding the SERIE 10 ARTE AMENO exhibition until 31 December. This selection includes painting of the last decade, on the artistic tendencies of figuration, abstraction, conceptual art, collage, etc.
Isabel Bilbao Galería Café d’Art will be showcasing the collection called “Outsider Pintura” by Francesc Daranas until 12 December. The gallery is open every day from 09:00 to 14:00 h and from 16:00 to 22:00 h.
Casa del Cable will be hosting an exhibition with the works by Roberto Calvo until 17 November.
And last but not least, there will be an exhibition called Art Psicodèlic 1968-2013 in Cactus Club Shop, including works by Thomas Tiemme, Benjamín Nicket and Juan Escolano: three generations of artists with something in common – talent and residence in Xàbia.
