San Juan Bonfires Festival at Javea
Check below the Jávea’s San Juan Festival 2013 Program for 22, 23 and 24 June, including time and venues of the events of the last 3 days of the Spanish midsummer festival:
Saturday 22 June
11:30 h.: Parade from old Town to the port
19:00 h.: Flower Offering in the Plaza de l’Església
22.00 h.: “Tú uno y yo dos” theatre play “at Freginal sector
22:30 h.: Dance show in carrer Nou St., with the Grup de Danses Portitxol.
00:00 h.: Costa de Valencia Orchestra concert at Constitution Sq.
Sunday 23 June
12:00 h.: Brevas and grapes offering to San Juan.
19:00 h.: Club and associations parades
00:30 h.: Traditional Bonefires (Nit del Foc / Night of fire) organized by “l’Escaut” and “The Bakanal”clubs. Then burning of old objects at Raval de Baix St. After that, fire wars in the streets.
Monday 24 June
10:00 h.: Parade to collect the Fiestas Court of Honor and Queens.
12:00 h.: Mass in the church of St. Bartolomé, with the participation of the Choir of Javea and the Youth Orchestra of the Conservatory of Javea.
13:30 h.: Special firecracker showin Palmela Ave. parking. Then Honor Wine at Social Center offered by the Commission of Fogueres 2013.
19:00 h.: Floats Parade
22:00 h.: Burning of the Children Bonefires at Convent Sq.
22:30 h.: Syberia Orchestra performance at Constitución Square
00:00 h.: Murical firecracker show at Constitución Sq. and then, main bonfire burn.
