Moraig Cove
The City of Poble Nou de Benitachell has finished marking the swimming area of the beaches in the municipality limits. This action is part of plan of development of the main tourist area of the town before the arrival of the summer season.
SVS (Company in charge of lifeguard servicesin Moraig Cove) proceeded to install signaling posts at the bathing area in order to prevent vessels to sail close to swimmers, so boats cannot approach within 200 meters of the coastline. The posts are located from Testos Cove, continuing offshore Moraig beach up to Cova dels Arcs, where there is significant diver activity.
Lifesaving services from 15 June to15 September.
The lifeguard service on the Moraig beach will be operational from 15 June to 15 September. As in previous year, the daily (Monday to Sunday) service includes the presence of a lifeguard, a boat skipper and a nurse. The first aids and rescue service is open from 10:00 to 18:00 h.
Beach services such bars, sunbeds, refreshments, parking and bathrooms in Moraig Cove are operating since May.
