Tourist info Benitachell
The coordinator of Tourist Info Network of Alicante has recently approved the change of the location of Benitachell tourist office to a new spot more convenient for the tourist access.
The City Benitachell has received the approval of the Valencian Agency of Tourism in order locate the Tourist info in a new facility at Market Square, next to the municipal market and a few meters from City Hall and a parking area.
Future facilities will be located at the 45,38 m2 formerly occupied by the post office a few months ago.
Initial assessment made by Tourist Info Network coordinator Angel Murcia has been positive since the central location of the future office will serve the tourist in a better way than the current Tourist Info office which is now operating in an access road to the town. Moreover, the investment will be minimal because the space has been used for a public service and only need minor works to adequate it for tourist oriented services.
Councilor Silvia Mayans pointed that it is intended to open the new office in the next few months. Until then, the Tourist Information Office will continue to offer its service at the La Font access road .
