As usual during the month of March, the Association of Restaurant and Bars owners of Xàbia will delights us with “Xàbia al Plat” gastronomic event which will take place from 4 to 14 March.
With “Xàbia al Plat” (Xàbia in a dish) you will enjoy the variety of the local cuisine on the tables of 14 restaurants that will offer a tasting menu for a flat rate, all paired with superb Valencia wines.
In this 4th “Xàbia al Plat” the main ingredient in the menus will be the rice.
