Granadella Cove
Mountain Llebeig (mountain section of Llebeig Athletic Club of Javea) is organizing the first Half Marathon along the mountain forest zone of Granadella. The “Granadella Trail” will take place on Sunday 17, but registration will be close son due to the unexpected amount of applications.
The Granadella Trail race will kickoff at 9:30 h. from Pinosol park and will run along a path under pine trees, forest trails and ravines with technical points, such as Gurugú and Teuleries slopes up to the Llevant viewing point and then down to the Castell of Granadella and the beach before returning to Pinosol Park.
In total we calculate a total of a positive slope of 920 meters and 1830 meters accumulated slope (up and down), plus some very technical sections. There will be three provisioning points along the path and a lunch for all runners at the end of the race. All participants will get a technical shirt before the race and trophies for the top three in male and female categories at junior, senior, veteran and local level.
