Library of Poble Nou de Benitachell
The City of Benitachell is always open to hear the proposals and ideas from citizen and associations, as we can see in the upcoming the second phase of citizen participation workshops.
In order to determine which kind of workshop can be offered, there will be five meetings from Wednesday 6 until Friday 15 February with members of the community groups and all residents who want to attend to offer their point of view, needs and proposals.
This second phase gives continuity to the citizen participation program led by the local government team few months ago, when the City of Benitachell held meetings with neighborhoods and developments residents. The city of Benitachell wants to “meet the concerns of associations and every neighbor”.
In these workshops, each resident can bring their proposals on different areas and municipal bureaus in order to be studied and –depending on its viability- carried out.
The workshops will be held at 20:00 h. in the Municipal Library, the following days:
13 February: Caritas Association of Pensioners and Retirees
15 February: Club Frontenis, El Portalet Bullfighting club, Cazadores la Perdiu, Penya de Caballistes i Carreteres, Civil Protection.
– Any neighbor not belonging to any of these associations may attend the workshop.
