Gourmet Race Teulada-Moraira
The 1st Gourmet Race Teulada-Moraira will take place October 13 as an original and funny activity where yacht sailors must cook a dish while sailing as a part of cooking contest whose honorary president will be Joël Robuchon, a famous French chef with an important international career in Michelin awarded restaurants. Among other contest judges, “La Finca de Elche” chef Susi Díaz will be present in this contest.
The contest will have two different categories: Sailboats and powerboats. Participants in both categories must cook a fish based dish in 3 hours or less.
This event will be held in the framework of the Teulada-Moraira Gastronomy Week from 8 to 14 October, where we can also enjoy fabulous dishes in participant restaurats as Bela Dama, El Chamizo, Le Dauphin, Eleven, La Sort, D’Gust; Piscis; Vespa’s and Zensatez.
There will be a draw among restaurants customers for a Gourmet-Cultural Weekend in Teulada-Moraira, which includes two nights for two with breakfast, dinner and two tickets to the opera “Carmen” performed at the Teulada-Moraira Auditorium on 20 and 21 October. In order to participate in the draw, restaurants customers must show in the tourist office a draw coupon provided in the participating restaurants.
