Benissa Tapas Route from 6 to 11 August
The “Benissa amb sabor: cultura i tapes” Tapas Route celebrates its fourth edition. This tour merges cuisine and culture into a rich variety of exquisite tapas to be tasted in different bars and restaurants, each one with a unique culinary style, and seasoned by live performances.
The inauguration of the IV Benissa Tapas Route is Friday 6 July at 21:30 h, with a musical performance. The route will take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:30 to 23:00 hours, until 11 August. DRINK + TAPA = € 2.
The list of tapasoffered by the 12 participating establishments in town is certainly surprising and rich. Last year, we could enjoy snacks as delicious and innovative as crostino of spicy sausage, goat toast, vegetable strudel, octopus in sauce, wild boar, shashlik Moorish Steak, scallops carpaccio , corn muffin, potato salad, homemade meatballs, chicken mini bruscheta, and more.
This year, you are invited to Benissa, to enjoy some good food and music.
