Therefore, it is important that -when renting an apartment or home via the Internet- you keep in mind the following advices:
1. – Visit websites that convey and provide high levels of reliability and a minimum guarantee of security, and make sure that you get reliable information (name, contact phone, country of origin) from the owner.
2. – Be extremely careful when you find excessively cheap deals or when the landlord is not present or lives abroad, contact only via e-mails or when ads are in foreign language.
