Today we would like to invite you to visit to the “Fira i Porrat Sant Antoni” (Sant Antoni Fair) in Benissa from its very inauguration on Friday 20 January at 18:30 h. There will be several events organized until Thursday 26 January among we can highlight the following:
Friday 20:
Official Opening of the exhibition, with the presentation of all the events for this year: “Wine, Tunnel”, wine and tapas tasting, craft fair, market-exhibition of new vehicles, equipment and motorcycles; Fair Amusement park, Exhibitions: “Crafts Workshop: Retrieving old traditions” and “Kribi Heral”.
Saturday 21:
17.00 h.: “Climbing Wall” and “Stairway to the Tibetan Bridge.” At the Benissa‘s Roundabout
20.30 h.: Choral groups meeting at. Centre d’Art Taller d’Ivars.
Sunday 22:
9.30 h.: XXIII International Chess Open. Centre d’Art Taller d’Ivars.
10.00 h:. Market-exhibition of new vehicles, equipment, motorcycles and agricultural machinery.
10:00 h.: Meeting and lunch of carts and horses riders. Manuel Bru School Parking .
10.30 h.: “Climbing Wall” and “Stairway to the Tibetan Bridge.” At the town Roundabout
11.00 h.: Philatelic market. Ground floor of Fish Exchange, Purissima Street.
12.00 h.: Tasting of typical products and Paella contest at the Roundabout .
12:00 h.: Blessing of animals at Portal Square (in front of Benissa Town Hall)
12:00 h.: Wine Tunnel. Wine tasting and tapas. Placeta Vella and Fco Sendra Street.
12.30 h. Parade of horses and carriages and Pet Parade. After that, blessing of animals at the front door of the Church.
16.00 h.: Pigeons contest
16.30 h. Workshop on philately and auction of stamps, coins and postcards at Fish exchange, Purissima Street. Organizers: Philatelic and Numismatic Association.
