La Cumbre restaurant
We have some good news for all Amigos del Sol Club members. Now, there’s an added advantage: La Cumbre Restaurant is offering a seasonal menu at a special price when presenting your membership card.
This excellent restaurant is located in the Cumbre del Sol residential estate in Benitachell, La Cala road, just next to the Adelfas Shopping Centre.
Recently, we received the new autumn-winter menu Eloy has prepared specially for members of the Cumbre del Sol Club. Here it is:
Autumn-winter 2010 menu for Amigos del Sol Club members:
TAPAS: potato salad, crab royal, fried camembert cheese with cranberry sauce, wrapped spinach and blue cheese homemade lasagne and variegated scallop.
Cream soup of the day.
MAIN DISH (to choose from): pork sirloin with Roquefort sauce, duck confit with grape and Porto sauce, chicken with apple and champignons cream, sole fillet on peanut sauce, salmon with citric sauce and cod sauté with fake egg.
DESSERT (to choose from): tarte tatin, banana split, classic chocolate cake and ice cream.
Bread, aioli, ½ bottle of wine per person.
