AIDS Awareness Walk
On Sunday 29 November is taking place a AIDS Awareness Walk in Benitatxell aimed to raise funds for the fight against AIDS and, at the same time, learn a little more about the township of Benitatxell.
All those who want to participate in this charity walk can register until 26 November at www.somesport.com. Registration fee is a donation of 3 €.
Kick off will be at 10:00 h. on Sunday 29 November at 5, Carrer Mayor St. (front of Town Hall). The walk length will be 4000 meters long and all participants will receive a free T-shirt. Since it will be a non-competitive event, will be no winners. Participants should be at the start line at 09:30 h. for picking up dorsal number and T-shirts.
This charity walk is part of the activities being organized by the Department of Social Services of Benitachell on the occasion of World AIDS Day. Among the other activities scheduled we can mention lectures, exhibitions, competitions and other activities that we will inform you in next posts.
