Tour of Spain 2015 at Benitachell
As all of you probably already you know, next Sunday 30 August will take place the 9th stage of the Tour of Spain 2015, departing from Torrevieja and finishing in Cumbre del Sol. The competitors will pass twice through Cumbre del Sol: the first on their way to Jávea and on the second occasion to Puig de la Llorença, where the finish line will be located.

The cyclists to Cumbre del Sol will be about 16:00 h. It is estimated that the main group will arrives at 15:15 h. to the CV 737 roundabout (by Benitatxell’s Mercadona). From there, competitors will climb to Cumbre del Sol, crossing it (see map of the route by Cumbre del Sol) and continue along road CV740 towards Teulada, following the N 332 towards Gata de Gorgos, the CV734 towards Javea and will return to Poble Nou de Benitatxell by CV747 and CV 737 around 17:15 h. toward the second ascent to Cumbre del Sol up to the Alto del Puig of Llorença, where the finish line is located.
