Cañada del Sol Equestrian Center
This week Yolanda from Cañada del Sol Equestrian Center -located in the Residential Zone Begonias in Cumbre del Sol- informed us about what they are preparing to celebrate the holidays there.
Besides all activities usually scheduled at the Center such as horse riding at the Granadella and riding lessons for children and adults,you can enjoy a special christamas menu during this holidays season for Christmas Day and New Year’s eve.
Christmas Lunch menu: € 55
Duck confit salad with truffled oil emulsion.
Zucchini Cannelloni stuffed with shrimp and mushrooms.
Champaigne sorbet
Steak with hunter sauce, porto shallots and grille potatoes.
Sea bass back with shrimp sauce
Pineapple in syrup, spices and coconut foam.
Assorted candies
Beverages (1 bottle of Rioja wine per 4 people and 1 bottle of water).
