Paddle in Benitachell
Benitachell –along with the sponsorship of Grupo VAPF- is planning to add a paddle tennis court to the local sports facilities. Also the plans include the renovation of the existing paddle tennis court with artificial turf.
Building works already begun at the sports area of the Font, just by the fronton wall and paddle tennis court.
The works are being carried out by workers of municipal services, who expect to finish the court in mid-July. Grupo VAPF Real Estate Company contributed with approximately € 35,000, the amount stipulated for sponsorships according to the City of Benitachell ordinance.
Most of the sporting facilities in town are located in La Font area: swimming pool, soccer field, tennis courts and a fronton wall.
