For the next European Parliament elections to be held on 25 May 2014, Foreign Citizens Department of the Alicante Provincial Council is launching a campaign aimed to help the registration for voters to European Parliament elections in order to facilitate specific information for the exercise of their right to vote in Spain.
The campaign includes a total of 12 lectures in 11 municipalities of the province of Alicante and the lecture to be held close to Cumbre del Sol will have English translation service provided.
The aim is to inform the province euroresidents about the procedures to follow to exercise their right to vote in these elections and answer questions and facilitate them to meet all legal formalities.
The lectures will last approximately one hour and are conducted in a professional team accompanied by a translator.
In addition to the lectures Foreign Citizens Unit has published two brochures, “Municipal Register” and “European Parliament elections” in five languages ( Spanish, English, German, French and Dutch) . These brochures will be distributed to those attending the lectures and will be available at www.ciudadanosextranjeros.es
